COVID-19 Information

For your safety and the safety of our staff, visitors, exhibitors, and partners, EXPO CHICAGO is closely monitoring changing CDC safety protocols. As we approach April, we will continue to evaluate and implement the necessary precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. More information regarding those protocols can be found below.

Masks

Masks are recommended at all times inside the venue for all attendees, staff, exhibitors, and vendors.

Face masks will be available at the EXPO CHICAGO Information desk if needed.

Vaccinations

(As of March 16, 2022) While the City of Chicago permits access to public spaces regardless of vaccination status, due to the size of the event, access to EXPO CHICAGO, located in Festival Hall, requires all attendees, staff, exhibitors, and vendors five years and older to show proof of full vaccination or provide a negative PCR test within 72 hours of attendance.

Proof of vaccination can be demonstrated by showing one of the following documents along with a valid photo ID (proof of vaccination for ages 5 and up, photo ID required for ages 16 and up):

  • A vaccination card
  • A photo of the vaccination card on a printed document
  • A photo of the vaccination card on an electronic device or within a mobile app
  • A printed record from a vaccination or healthcare provider

Those with medical or religious exemptions must provide a negative PCR test for COVID-19, administered by a medical professional within 72 hours of visiting or working at EXPO CHICAGO.

If you are Experiencing Symptoms

If you have experienced any symptoms consistent with COVID-19 within 3 days of EXPO CHICAGO, or have had any recent known exposures to COVID-19 preceding your attendance to EXPO CHICAGO, please stay home out of consideration for the health and safety of attending guests.
