EXPO CHICAGO presents Alternate Assembly: Environmental Impact in the Era of Pandemic, a digital proxy for rigorous in-person discourse over three days (January 21–23, 2021) in the form of an engaging hybrid online event. This amalgamation will feature a series of scheduled programs with leading curators, artists, and scholar.
Proceeds from the sale of the 2019 limited-edition print by Nick Cave and Bob Faust of Facility directly support the Art for Justice Fund, which aims to transform the US criminal legal system, Facility, and the exposition's Curatorial Forum initiative on racial equity in US museums, presented in partnership with Independent Curators International (ICI)
EXHIBITION Weekend | (September 25–27) is a digital initiative convening is a virtual gathering of Chicago-based contemporary art galleries and leading institutions, featuring an online viewing room developed in collaboration with Hook, curatorial projects, and artist programs.
